PAYMENTS
Payment can be made by cheque and goods will be posted on
cleared funds. Payment can also be made using debit and credit cards
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before being packed and
dispatched. We endeavour to despatch goods within 7 days from receipt
of payment. If for any reason this is not possible, we will advise
you within 3 days from receipt of your order.
Should goods arrive damaged, or short, please notify us immediately.
No claims for damage or shortages can be entertained if not made
within 3 days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We endeavour to respond to any complaints made within 5 working days.
The Purchaser is solely responsible for product use and care and agrees
that The Piano Accessory Shop will not be held responsible in the event
of loss or injury beyond their reasonable control.
IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS
All Images and descriptions are intended to be accurate
representations. However, it may be necessary to make changes
and substitutions due to circumstances beyond our control.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products sold are guaranteed for 12 months from the date
of purchase. Should a fault develop with a product please
contact us immediately.
